SAP software ko lagbhag 40 hajar se adhik companiyo dwara use Kiya jata hai lagbhag 100 se adhik Desh SAP ko use karte hain. 

Abhi market mein main SAP Hana Jo SAP ka sabse  advance ERP version hai use ho raha hai.

Ab ham yahan sabse pahle yah sikhenge ki SAP system per logon kaise karte Hain.


Yahan per niche SAP logon ka icon dekh rahe hai us icon per mouse se right hand side par double click karenge.



Ab new window par SAP logon ka ek icon khulkar aaega usmein sabse upar SAP logon ID aur uske niche password likha rahega.


Ab hamen sabse pahle SAP ID  jo hamko meli hai wo SAP ID ham  USER  ke samne dalte hain aur uske niche Password dalte hain aur uske bad keyboard per enter button per click karte hain.

Ab Hamen yah icon Jo niche Diya hua hai aise hi SAP mai new window mein open ho jayega.




Dhyan rahe SAP  mein agar aapko password nahin pata hai to teen se jyada bar agar aap password ko dalte hain to aapki SAP ID temporary lock ho jayegi jab tak password reset nahin hoga aapki SAP ID open nahin hogi.

Agar galti se kabhi SAP logon Icon delete ho jaaye to fir se new icon generate karne ke liye kya karna chahiye



aap apne kesi dusre saathi ke system par jakar us system  par SAP software install ho ,SAP software open karen aur SAP LOGON ki Properties par click karen.






Ab apko yah SAP Properties ki detail melegi es detail ko apko note kar lena chahiye.





uske baad apne system par jakar SAP Software on karen aur keyboard par  CRTL+N key press karen

 


Ab next par mouse se click Karen.



Ab jo apne apke saathi ke system ke SAP ID se Note kari thi same detail is form mai fillup kar den aur Finish par click kar den
apko apka icon phir se dikh jayega lekin dhyan rahe jo detail apne sathi ke system se note kari thi bahut shawdhani se detail bharni chahiye agar form bharne mai halki si bhi mistake ho jati hai to  SAP icon to create ho jayega lekin open karne mai error ayegi
